Stramit Board ceilings sprayed with EPCP in the Underground Car Park at The Fitzgerald, Sheffield
The Fitzgerald is situated in the popular area of West Bar in Sheffield. This former office building has been redeveloped into 53 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments spanning over 6 storeys.
Envirograf were appointed to help fire protect the underground car park ceilings during the redevelopment stage. Due to the age of the building, stramit board had been used in the build. So we developed and installed our EP/CP/B to spray coat the stramit board ceilings.
This coating would provide over 130 minutes fire protection in the case of a fire.
