Intumescent Glazing Channels

Intumescent glazing channel, absorbs sound and movement more efficiently than standard glazing fixtures and installations. Whilst providing fire protection.

• Comes in brown or white as standard.
• Has intumescent material factory-fitted inside, with neoprene fins to hold the glass firmly in place. Moreover, it simply slides over the glass and is suitable for 5-7mm glass.
• Available 2100mm in length, in heights of 10mm providing 30 minutes of fire protection and 15mm for 60 minutes of fire protection.

Application Instructions

FGC flexible glazing channels can be used for circular, oblong and square glazing fixtures. The channel is fitted around the edge of the glass which is then held in place using hardwood or softwood beading. PGC rigid plastic channels simply slides over the glass and is suitable for 5 – 7mm glass. Held in place using hardwood or softwood beading.
