Description

Dry Lining Adhesive

Envirogrip Fire-resistant dry lining adhesive – a solvent-free, odourless fire-resistant dry lining adhesive. Designed to adhere to a wide range of substrates.

  • Provides a strong, flexible bond, ideal for adhering plasterboard as well as ceramic tiles, without affecting surfaces sensitive to solvents.
  • Also holds plasterboard to all types of brick, block, concrete, and timber.
  • Furthermore, Envirogrip is ideal for showers and damp areas.
  • Additionally, useful to bond construction materials in fire-resistant or fire-retardant applications.
  • 90 minutes fire protection acoustic properties and better grip.

Supplied in a ready-to-use 310ml tube that can be applied with a standard skeleton gun. Furthermore, available in 310ml tubes, 1 litre, 2½ litres and 5 litres.

Application Instructions

Surfaces should be cleaned prior to application to ensure a good bond. For larger substrates, apply the adhesive to one side and position together. Pull the 2 pieces apart and allow to stand open for 5-10 minutes, then re-position and press together ensuring a good contact is made. Wipe off any excess using a damp sponge. Check assembly after 20 minutes in case of movement. Tools can be cleaned in warm water.

Tack Free Time: 5-10 Minutes depending on Thickness, Temperature & Humidity

Full Cure: 24 Hours, Full Bond after 48 Hours.
