Office Roles
We are looking to hire urgently, and welcome candidates to apply for the following roles:
Marketing Assistant – We’re seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant. Ideal for candidates who are looking to build on their experience, or have recently graduated. We will also consider applicants looking to shift their careers into marketing. Managed by the Head of Department, you will be assisting with social media scheduling, designing of marketing literature and beyond. Ideally, you will have good experience with Adobe Creative Suite as well as strong experience with Microsoft Office programmes. You will also have a confident telephone manner and handle calls where needed in relation to marketing enquiries.
Full-Time Administration Assistants – The majority of this position will be in the Sales Order Processing Dept entering orders, calling customers etc as they are extremely busy. (In house training given to the successful candidate.) This position will also involve answering the telephone for Admin when Sales Order processing is quiet. You will have a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Excel) Internet and CRM packages. We encourage former P&O workers to apply for this role.
Purchasing Assistant – To assist in the purchasing department and manage stock levels. Must be computer literate and also well-organised to maintain the filing system.
Technical Roles
Calibration Technician – You will be using the equipment to complete tasks such as the measuring, analysis and recording of data. This role is pivotal to the success of the testing procedure. You will record accurately the precise calibrations, the readings, actions as well as output of the equipment. You will also manage the documentation required to ensure that calibration activities are carried out correctly.
Industrial Paint Chemist – The Industrial Chemist position is responsible for performing technical development and formulation of paint systems. The role will support the achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives.
On-Site
Light Assembly Workers – Light Assembly Workers required for our manufacturing site at Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent, CT15 7JG. We encourage former P&O workers to apply for this role.
