COVID-19 NOTICE
In order to protect delivery drivers and customers alike from risk of infection whilst delivering parcels our carriers are approving a temporary change to pod signature requirements. The change comes in to immediate effect. This will mean the drivers may place the parcels on the floor and stand back 2m and explain why they do not require a signature. The driver will then state CV as a signature instead. The reason we state that the drivers may not require a signature is that we use a number of carriers; APC, DX & Palletforce. APC will not require a signature, whereas DX will ask for a signature but if the customer refuses to sign then they will also state CV as a signature.
