Rebated intumescent seals with self-adhesive backing supplied in 1050mm lengths and 2020mm lengths. Available in either black, brown, red, white or real wood veneer.
– Provide up to one hour of fire protection- For use in frames, edges of fire doors and behind door frames
– Once fitted, the facing of the seal can be painted over
Seals can be easily cut to size to fit length of door edge or door frame.
Rout a suitable channel in door edge or frame surround so seal fits flush with edge. Seal should be
fitted down centre of door edges or to meet centre of door edge if fitted in frame.
Once happy that routed channel is deep enough peel off backing strip to expose self-adhesive backing
and fix seal in place.
Once fitted the face of the seal can be painted to match surround if required.

All seals can be supplied with real wood veneer finish, add 20%. Also, with polished aluminium face finish, add 10%.
All seals can be supplied in door packs, single and double, with cardboard backing and PVC sleeve for ease of storage and display.
Tested to BS476 Part 22 (1987), achieving an integrity of up to 60 minutes in hardwood doors and up to 33 minutes in softwood doors.
