ENVIRO CABLE PROTECTION SLEEVE (ECPS) – FIRE PROTECTION FOR CABLES

A SPECIAL SLEEVING SYSTEM TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION FOR CABLES – SUITABLE FOR BOTH HIGH AND LOW-VOLTAGE CABLES, SINGLE OR IN MULTIPLES

The ECPS has a silicone fireproof covering, which is very robust in protecting cables. Special internal lining that won’t allow cables to burn internally. Prevents fire externally from burning cables.

Sold by the metre in roll form of 20 metres. Or also supplied in cut pieces as required.

Ideal for cables passing through walls, cupboards and hollow dry lining walls, where cables come down through into consumer units or distribution boards.

Where cables are already in situ, the ECPS can be sliced down the side and wrapped around the cables. This is why we have made sizes from 13mm up to 76mm internal diameter.

Suitable for use in buildings, vehicles, caravans/trailers or boats.

Application Instructions

For new installations, simply thread cables through the sleeve.

When fitting to existing cable runs:

1. Slit the sleeve lengthways and wrap around cables.
2. Secure with self-adhesive foil tape
3. Apply adhesive to full length of join
4. Apply tape over the adhesive
