Built at our factory in Kent, our garden rooms are made using pre-engineered structural insulated panels that have a fireproof coating to provide one hour fire protection. The design of the panels not only means you can use your new space whatever the weather – with no heating required, but also that the construction process is extremely fast. The insulated floor panels are supported by a steel subframe the height of which can be tailored to your individual requirements which is especially useful for slightly uneven sites. This system also means there’s no need to lay a concrete slab and, being off the ground, the building is much less likely to be affected by damp or flooding.
